It’s already March. What did you do with the big goals you set for the new year? Whether it’s your health, weight, relationships, business or dreams, if you’re like most women, it’s easy to put it off till tomorrow, next week, next month, next year. Are you putting living your best life on hold?
But really, what good will it do you to wait?
Change starts now.
Every choice you make to eat, to move, to talk, to ask, to try…is an opportunity to move in the direction you want to go. Waiting till later, not only doesn’t move you forward but may actually take you in the opposite direction of where you want to go.
There are a lot of things you could BE, DO, and HAVE already if you had just started when you first thought about it and just stayed consistent, right? Who do you want to be? What do you want to do and have in your life? Do you have something amazing that you want to create?

- Go for a walk.
