The Formula For Living a Passionate Life

Everyone wants to live a healthy, happy, and fulfilled life. Yet, so many people try and never succeed.  Why?  Because they are not following the right formula.  What is the formula for living a passionate life?

  • Intention – Attention – No Tension

What exactly does Intention – Attention – No Tension actually mean? How to implement this formula in your life with ease and grace. Now more than ever, we need to relax and move in conscious choice with ease to create the life we desire.

Intention:

Consciously stating what it is you choose to experience in your life is the first step to manifesting it. This is about being clear about ‘what’ you want to create in your life.

Attention:

Is a noun that means; A condition of readiness for such attention involving especially a selective narrowing or focusing of consciousness and receptivity In the book The Passion Test, co-authors Janet and Chris Attwood say, “What you put your attention on grows stronger in your life” and “Pay attention every day, every moment to what you are putting your attention on.” Science has shown that neuro pathways, the connections in the brain, can be created by a consistent way of thinking.

Once you are consciously focusing attention on certain things or areas of your life, you will notice opportunities showing up to help you align your life with your passions. It’s not that the opportunities were not there before you just didn’t notice them.   When you put your attention on something you are passionate about you will begin to recognize synchronicities, opportunities, people, and the things you need to live your passionate life appear.

As an example, have you ever bought a new car that you thought was unique and you hadn’t seen any like it only to find once you owned it that they are everywhere?  Your mind is a powerful tool that needs direction. Once you are committed, clear and focus your attention in the right places you can program your brain to help you achieve almost anything!

No Tension

Is openness to what is appearing in the moment, which allows life to flow. Acting from a place of inner calm, not flustered or worried. Doing everything you can think to do, and then let it go. ‘Let go’ and let life take care of the ‘how’.
