Don’t sweat the small stuff! I know that sounds easy but the small stuff is well, small. All of those small things piled on top of each other can be like a House of Cards. As the years go by you keep adding one by one until… whoosh, it falls down.
Physically, mentally and emotionally you feel old, worn out, and tired. You look 10 years older than you actually are and want to do something about it!
Anti-aging is a big topic! There are plenty of topical creams, potions, and lotions that you can slather on your face. Not to mention minor surgeries to help you look and feel young. There are programs and plans that help you eat healthily and exercise. These address some of the external attributes of aging.
But what about the internal things you cant see. The emotions, the strength the resilience you once had have diminished or are completely gone and you realize that its time for a change!
Anti-Aging for your spirit
I said it earlier and I’m saying it again, don’t sweat the small stuff!
Not sweating the small stuff is like an anti-aging cream for your spirit. People who stress less feel better, look better, and age better than those who constantly worry about everything.
Don’t sweat the small stuff could fit under the category of a positive mindset. You do need to be positive and look at things from a different perspective in order to not worry about the small things that pop into our lives.
