Whip up one of the easy fruit face mask recipes below according to your skin type or concern. Remember to apply to cleansed skin, rinse with warm water, seal hydration in with your favorite moisturizer and bask in your homegrown summer glow!
Rich in lycopene tomatoes are beneficial for your skin by protecting it from UV rays, skin cancer, and it even delays skin aging. They also have cooling and astringent properties which are great for tightening large pores. Another cool benefit is the natural acids which help regulate oily skin.

If you want to go crazy, use 1 tomato, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix into a smooth paste. Apply. Leave for 15 min and then rinse.
A cool and mildly astringent, cucumber is especially soothing for irritated or sensitive skin. They also smell amazing and will leave your skin with a fresh glow.

Recipe: Peel and cut your pineapple or papaya. Then throw them in a blender and blend until almost smooth. Apply to face and leave on for 15 min. Then rinse.
