Diets don’t work!

At least the restrictive, deprivation diets. Yet, the diet industry is booming (especially at this time of the year)!

So I put the word “diet” in the title here, so we can redefine the true meaning of the word. It means “a manner of living”.

To find your natural, normal weight is a lifestyle issue. It is about how we live our life! Every aspect of it.
