Are you Resilient?

What does it mean to be resilient?

Resilient: The ability to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions, misfortune and change.

We all have things that come into our lives that can stop us in our tracks.  In my case, it felt like the wind had been taken from my sails or to be more honest like I had been punched in the gut.  I felt deflated and for a few minutes, I felt beaten.

This could have paralyzed me and stopped me from pursuing my dreams.  But giving up I could never experience the happy, healthy fulfilled life I strive for.  Quitting was not an option!

ARE YOU READY WORLD?

I needed to get my head back in the game and focus on my dream, my vision for Living Healthy List and how we can help thousands of people with or platform.

I considered three things:

  1.  Character: Who am I and what do I stand for?  I am honest, I am courageous, I am intelligent, I am thoughtful, I am not easily deterred (ie. resilient).
  2. Confident:I am capable of creating my dream, I have the experience and the knowledge in health, wellness, personal development and even having fun!  I also know what I don’t know and will seek help when needed.
  3. Contribution: I was on my own journey and I have special gifts that are mine alone to give to the world.

Are you ready world?
