Did you know that your body is essentially an ocean walking on land?

Where is all this fluid potential?

In your over 600 muscles, over 200 joints, the cerebrospinal fluid within your brain and spinal cord, and a web of fluid-based connective tissue that surrounds EVERYTHING.

It is common to view the body as solid and move it in linear, repetitive patterns. When the Industrial Revolution began hundreds of years ago, life became more mechanical – clocking in and out, standing or sitting for long periods of time, and not walking to and from church or school. This lifestyle impacted how we moved our body; essentially less and lacking diversity.

Moving your body like a machine is not based in anatomical, physiological, or energetic reality. You are a body of water and a being made of light, capable of literally going with YOUR flow.
