Have you thought much about how you are aging? I know it’s not something you really want to think about but you need to! NOW is the time to make critical decisions about how you want to live in older age. If your physical, mental, and emotional health are poor now you can’t expect that magically you’re going to live vibrantly in your golden years. I’m all about aging with attitude; a positive attitude that is. Living Healthy List Founding Member, Sheree Clark adds that Aging but Dangerous may what you need to thrive!
“When it comes to aging in style it’s all about attitude,” says Jean Ketcham. Jean is the co-founder and CEO of Minneapolis-based Aging But Dangerous, an organization dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and challenging women over the age of 50.
Ever possessing a flair for drama, for several years Aging but Dangerous held an annual Martini Jump Skydive, where women up to age 84 threw themselves out of an airplane at 13,000 feet. Upon landing, they all enjoyed a martini or two.
Sheree interviewed Jean for her online Series called It’s Your Time. When I listened to the interview I instantly took a liking to Jean. She is sharp, witty, and is a role model for all of us who want to do things in life no matter what our age.
I recently spoke to Jean who told me the mission of Aging But Dangerous is Living a Life of fun, spirit, and style, today. Today and every day!
I’m excited to share this interview published with permission by Sheree Clark of Fork-in-the Road.

My experience in cooking and nutrition delivers a unique perspective on what works (and doesn’t work) for most people. The Living Healthy List Method uses three pillars: Eat Real Food, Make Good Decisions, and Be Accountable. By following this simple plan anyone can have a truly healthy, happy, and fulfilling life.
The concept of Living Healthy List.com came out of a very real problem. In my personal experience, I found that it is impossible to get honest, reliable, unbiased, and expert information about health and wellness on the internet. There’s too much information, misleading material, and a lack of true evidence-based health and wellness data.
As an authentic connector, inspirational thought leader I am determined to provide Living Healthy List readers with honest, reliable, research-backed content that can be implemented in real life to help you create a healthy, happy life you are working hard to find so you can grow, relax and transform into the person you always dreamed of being! Feeling more confident. Reaching beyond your limitations. Enjoying life more. And that’s only the beginning. You will be the best YOU when it comes to beauty, balance, and self-realization.
