How’s your day going?  Is it powerful and productive and did you have a mindful start?

I want to give you some tips on how to start your day mindfully and the truth of the matter is that it has nothing to do with what you are doing today – it’s all in what you did YESTERDAY to set yourself up for today!

So, maybe a better question is how did you end your day yesterday – was it mindful?  Or a little mindless?

To end your day MINDLESSLY is pretty easy – during/after dinner BINGE on Netflix then stagger to bed late and maybe play a few games on your phone before you turn out the light.  Make sure the living room is messy and there are dishes in the sink – don’t do anything about them before you go to bed.

When you wake up in the morning, you’re probably late, groggy, distracted by undone things the night before, and confused because you don’t have a good plan of action for the day.  As a result, you spin your wheels most of the day and about 4 PM in the afternoon you wonder where the day went!

Hmmm – maybe that’s not working for you!  In this video, I’ve got some tips for how to shift that – how to have a MINDFUL end to your evening (don’t worry – you can still binge a little Netflix) so that you set yourself up powerfully for the next day.

She’s on a mission to help entrepreneurs and other on-the-go people simplify decluttering so that it no longer blocks their momentum and keeps them from the things they really want in life.

[Leanne retired from her ‘day’ job of almost 30 years in 2017. She was ready to leave the typical 9 to 5 grind behind and start something that would make a lasting impact on people’s lives. Decluttering, organizing and space planning are some of her favorite things, so starting Let’s Ace Your Space was a natural direction for her to take.]

Leanne hasn’t always been an organized person, but she was able to change her habits and mindset around her space to finally get her home decluttered. She’s also helped lots of folks declutter and organize their homes to free up powerful mental and physical energy to accomplish their goals.
